DENTAL
Multiple low cost option for residents with a DHMO in- network option.
DISABILITY
Group long-term disability with option to increase coverage by 10%. May pay a portion of your salary, up to the monthly maximum, starting on the 181st day of a qualifying disability
LIFE
Option to buy plan. The basic life coverage is $5,000. Supplemental coverage of one and one-half times annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000 is also available.
DEFERRED COMPENSATION
Plan for tax-deferred savings and investments. Accumulated contributions plus investment earnings may be withdrawn at termination of service without any tax penalties. Applicable federal and state taxes must be paid on withdrawn funds.
